Job description

What will you be doing?

Support of the daily operations.

  • Manage and adjust inbound and outbound volume processing.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to support banking operations.

  • Communicate with Service Providers regarding daily operation workflow and service-related issues.

  • Monitor and handle incoming messages, notifications, and updates from Service Providers across various platforms.

  • Forming and allocating daily tasks per specific region as per the internal schedule.

Fund Management

  • Internal balances monitoring and adjustments, including forecasting & execution of Settlement amounts and other balance adjustments (currency conversion-related operations, Internal Transfers, etc)

  • Collection, Recording, and Assessment of Exchange Rates.

Record Keeping

  • Update and maintain records of fund management activities and fees, prices, closing balances, and P&L data.

  • Preparation & Provisions of banking Invoices.

  • Account Ownership Responsibilities of Service Providers:

  • Communicate on workflow, Fees, and Operation-related issues.

  • Prepare and deliver performance evaluation feedback through communication channels or calls.

  • Ensure timely reconciliation of balances and transactions.

    Other responsibilities related to the role:

  • Participate in company-organized trainings, workshops, and trips.

  • Develop guides for executing operations, settlements, and back-office manuals.

  • Handle occasional ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager within the role's scope.

Job requirements

  • Valid working permit/Hong Kong citizenship- a must

  • Good level of spoken & written English- a must

  • Korean speakers- a plus

  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, G-Suite;

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational & time management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work within a cross-cultural working environment.
