We are a global company connected to over 1,000 financial institutions worldwide, allowing us to centralize a range of global and local payment methods on a single payment page.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of assigned products and features, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translate them into product specifications, and define clear priorities.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and integrations teams to deliver technological solutions (applications, back-office features, APIs etc).

• Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Maintain a structured product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and fixes.

• Support cross-team communication and provide transparent updates on product progress.

• Drive product discovery by researching industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs in the payments space.

• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Banking teams to ensure products meet regulatory and security standards.

• Prioritize product features and trade-offs, making data-driven decisions.

• Define and refine the UX/UI of assigned products, ensuring usability and consistency across applications and back-office tools.

• Leverage AI-powered design tools to generate prototypes, wireframes, and user flows, accelerating the design iteration process.

Requirements:

• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.

• Mid-level experience (2–4 years) as a Product Manager.

• Proven track record of working with technological products such as applications, back-office systems, and APIs (not limited to website creation).

• Experience working in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with fraud prevention, risk scoring, and dispute/chargeback handling is advantageous.
