About Us

Zota is a global payment gateway technology hub connecting online businesses to over 1,000 financial institutions worldwide. We are looking for a data driven Social Media & Marketing Analyst to lead our organic digital presence. In this role, you will create high impact content across key social platforms, engage our global community, and leverage data and AI tools to optimize engagement, audience growth, and funnel conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Zota's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, X, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.

  • Build and maintain the social content calendar aligned with marketing priorities, product updates, and business goals.

  • Create, publish, and optimize platform specific content, including executive thought leadership, event coverage, and community posts.

  • Drive community engagement, social listening, competitor analysis, and audience sentiment monitoring.

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize channel strategy and connect social activity to the marketing funnel.

  • Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline content development, reporting, and marketing workflows.

  • Support employee advocacy and ensure all published content is brand aligned and compliant.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Organic Marketing

  • Strong understanding of organic social algorithms, digital trends, and content optimization

  • Analytical approach with experience measuring organic reach, engagement, and conversion metrics

  • Practical experience using AI tools for content generation and marketing efficiency

  • Curious, self motivated, and eager to learn new technologies

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
